Event Group SF
Event Group SF started out in 1985 as West Coast Cruises, just offering Bay Cruises to schools. Ami came on board in 1995 and grew the company to what it is today -
one that only works with students (no weddings here) at venues all around the Bay Area. Vanessa joined in 2020 and together they give everyone all the benefits of decades of experience, but with exceptional personalized service.
We are the SF Bay Area's first and friendliest High School Event Planners.
Prom Night
It all starts with a question: Will you go to Prom with me? From there, where will the night take you? If you're at an Event Group SF Prom, there will be delicious food, the music will pop and the space? Breathtaking. So go ahead and ask. We'll make sure you have a great time!

Proms are our passion, helping students turn their ideas into reality. We love working with students from the first site inspections to seeing them the night of the event looking aMAZing! Whether it's a Prom, Ball, HoCo, or Winter Formal, we bring our all each and every time.
